This FREE in-person educational luncheon will take place at the PFG Corporate Office located at 12500 West Creek Parkway. HR professionals can earn 1.0 hour of SHRM continuing education credits for their attendance. Lunch will be provided. After attending this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Better understand employee rights and as they relate to the Virginians with Disabilities Act and Americans with Disabilities Act;
• Evaluate mental health issues in the workplace, engage in the interactive process, and assess reasonable accommodations; and
• Ensure that employer procedures and policies comply with applicable law.
