Tiffany YuTiffany Yu is the Founder of the Awesome Foundation Disability Chapter, a monthly micro-grant that has awarded $52.5k to 53 disability projects in 8 countries and the host of TIFFANY & YU, the podcast. She serves on the San Francisco Mayor’s Disability Council and was a 2020 Co-Chair of the World Economic Forum Sustainable Development Impact Summit. At the age of 9, Tiffany became disabled as a result of a car accident that also took the life of her father. She started her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and has also worked at Bloomberg and Sean Diddy Combs’ REVOLT Media & TV. She is a 3x TEDx speaker and spoke on 5 sessions at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos. She has been featured in Marie Claire, the Guardian, and Forbes.

Katherine McCaryThe Honorable Katherine McCary, CEO of Disability:IN DC Metro to join Tiffany Yu, MSc, as a speaker at this year’s Forum!

Katherine served as the founding chair of the US Business Leadership Network for nine years (Now Disability:IN) and founder and chair of the Virginia Business Leadership Network from 2003- 2009 (now Virginia Ability). In 2011, she moved from serving as an original Director to serve as CEO and Executive Director of Disability:IN DC Metro, which has been awarded Affiliate of the Year by the USBLN® in 2013 and 2017.

Katherine is a nationally recognized speaker and has shared her expertise with international, national, state, and regional conference audiences for the past 24 years. She served two years as temporary Policy Advisor to the Office of Disability Employment at the US Department of Labor.  She is a SHRM certified Diversity Trainer and an ADA Leadership Network Trainer. As an individual with a non-apparent disability, as well as a parent and caregiver of family members with disabilities, she also speaks from a personal perspective.

Katherine founded C5 Consulting, LLC, a disability strategy consultancy, in 2011, after 21 years at SunTrust Banks, Inc. (now TRUIST) as Chief Disability Officer, where her primary responsibility was developing and leading corporate disability initiatives and managing the Central Accommodation Fund. Her contributions to SunTrust´s disability efforts resulted in national recognition including the SHRM HR Magazine 2000 Innovative Practice Award, the 2002 APSE National Employer of the Year Award, the 2002 US Business Leadership Network (USBLN®) Exceptional Leadership Award and the US Department of Labor Secretary’s 2004 New Freedom Initiative Award. In 2009, she received a USBLN® Lifetime Achievement
