On February 9, 2023, Virginia Ability hosted a free webinar in partnership with the
National Organization on Disability on measuring and improving workplace inclusion.
The session explored how organizational assessments help identify inclusion gaps,
benchmark progress, and guide improvement efforts. Speaker Felicia M. Nurmsen
shared insights on disability employment and inclusive workplace practices. The webinar reinforced the importance of measuring inclusion as a foundation for building
more equitable organizations.
